Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) hasimplemented EagleInvestment Systems' insurance accounting and datamanagement solutions. MassMutual initially engaged Eagle toimplement a data management platform, which now serves as a singlesource of investment data that feeds into a centralized reportingecosystem and supports the processing needs of the general account.MassMutual also selected Eagle's insurance accounting solution toreplace its legacy system to provide new capabilities and improvedefficiencies, with MassMutual's GAAP, Tax, and Statutory booksrunning on one integrated solution. Throughout theproject, Eagle leveraged the expertise of BNY Mellon's insuranceproduct specialists, who also use Eagle for their outsourcinginsurance platform.

DuckCreek Technologies has announced that HCLTechnologies (HCL), a global IT services company, hasjoined the Duck Creek Global Alliance Program. As a DeliveryPartner, HCL will provide customers with industry-leadingapplication maintenance and technical support solutions to reducetime, risk, and costs during implementation and throughout thelifecycle of the deployed software.

Servco PacificInsurance has launched its digital transformationstrategy with Applied Systems. Theagency built its digital foundation on Applied Epic, a fast-growing cloud-based agency managementsystem, to automate business operations and provide a single viewof customers across all lines of business and its seven locations.Additionally, Servco Pacific Insurance will leverage Applied CSR24, a cloud-based client self-service software, andApplied Mobile, a purpose-built app that enables insuranceagency staff to access and manage business information from theirmanagement system, to provide anytime, anywhere service tocustomers.

Community FirstBank recently enlisted Insuritas to install itsinsurance agency solution. Richard Burleson, president and CEO ofCommunity First Bank, said in a statement: "Insuritas will build,launch and manage our full service insurance agency and will offerall lines of insurance products to protect our customers, theirfamilies and small businesses." TechCanary, a provider of a cloud-based,analytics-driven insurance solution, recently announcedthat Enterprise Insurance Group (Enterprise)selected and implemented its Insurance Platform to support both itsMGA and retail agency companies on a single platform. Built inSalesforce, the TechCanary platform provides Enterprise with acloud-based system with full agency management capabilities, robustcustomer relationship management (CRM), and data access combinedwith powerful analytics and flexible reporting. Successful implementation for the first company was completed injust one month, with both companies in production withinthree months.
