As the anniversary of Superstorm Sandys Oct. 29, 2012 landfall passes, New Jersey lawmakers are rightly considering whether New Jersey law offers sufficient protection to insurance policyholders subject to undue delay, underpayment or unjustified denial of their insurance claims.
