|A core component of the 2012 Producer Survey is the rating ofcarriers on the factors most important to producers. Producers wereasked to rate only carriers with which they were familiar and onlyon factors that were important to them—therefore providing highlyaccurate data.
|The factors were ranked by their importance to producers on anine-point scale. The “Factor Importance” indication shows how eachfactor ranks in producers' assessment of a carrier.
