In the commercial general contracting class, the company will focuson contractors with annual gross receipts of up to $25 million thatprimarily construct office buildings with fewer than five stories,retail strip centers, churches, schools and prefabricatedbuildings. In the new restaurant class, the carrier seeks to writefine dining establishments located in ISO Protection Classes 1-7,with ISO Construction Class ratings of 2 or higher. Agents can alsooffer workers compensation insurance on a monoline basis, subjectto a $50,000 minimum premium, or continue to offer any size workerscompensation policies as part of a package.
