Ames & Gough announced the appointment of Amy L. Hotaling as vice president and manager of property-casualty operations. Prior to the appointment, she was a national director of distribution for RLI's Professional Services Group and served in a variety of roles with ACE USA.

Dan Riordan was appointed CEO of Zurich's Global Corporate in North America (GCiNA) business. He will oversee the direction, management and performance of GCiNA. Bryan Salvatore replaces Riordan as president of Zurich North America's commercial specialty products unit. Salvatore has worked with Zurich for more than 15 years.
