Colo. State Comp Insurer Fights Lawmakers' Asset 'Raid'

The president and chief executive officer of Colorado's state-chartered workers' compensation insurer has vowed publicly to increase lobbying efforts to defeat measures proposed by state lawmakers to "raid" $500 million of his operation's assets.
