With an aging workforce looking toward retirement, there has been a lot of focus recently on how to draw members of Gen Z toward professions in insurance. Once that hurdle has been cleared and their career choice has been made, however, it can be hard for these up-and-comers to know where to start with their education and training in order to reach their professional goals.

For most of these young people, their journey into insurance begins with college, but not all insurance and risk management programs in the United States are created equal.
