Since 2016, millennials have been the largest generation in the U.S. workforce, according to the Pew Research Center, which reported the cohort accounts for more than one-third of all U.S. workers.

In addition to being the biggest demographic group in the labor pool, millennials also show more willingness to change jobs than other generations, Gallup reported. Further, less than 30% of millennials are hoping to be at their current company within the coming five years.

When it comes to making a job change, 35% of millennials do so because they received a better opportunity.
