People's United Bank, a subsidiary of People's United Financial Inc., has appointed Ray Chase senior vice president and director of personal lines, People's United Insurance Agency. He has held various roles throughout his career including Wachovia Bank where he served as vice president and senior financial specialist.
Susan Rivera has joined Tokio Marine HCC as executive vice president and COO. From 2009 to until earlier this year, Rivera served as president and CEO of V3 Insurance Partners LLC.
Topa Insurance Group has appointed Denise Pavlov chief underwriting officer. Pavlov previously worked as a consultant for Topa in underwriting as well as in its new systems program for the past 16 months.
