Kemper Corporation and Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Kemper will acquire Infinity in a casha and stock transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2018. 

Cyber insurer Coalition, in partnership with HackerOne, introduced the HackerOne Response app. This new app allows any organization to receive and respond to security vulnerabilities discovered by trusted hackers before criminals can exploit them, and is provided to all Coalition policyholders at no cost.
