XL Group Ltd has announced that Leila Madeiros will join the company in April as Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Bermuda. Madeiros has worked for the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers for the past 12 years and currently serves as senior vice president, deputy director and corporate secretary.

Nate Mundy has been promoted to senior vice president and COO of Lockton's Pacific operations in the U.S. He has more than 13 years of experience with Lockton and most recently held the position of senior vice president of operations of the Pacific Series.

JLT Insurance Management (USA) LLC has appointed Jocelyn Lyman senior account manager. A 10-year veteran of the captive industry, Lyman was previously senior account manager for Vermont-based Alterna, LLC, where she managed a portfolio of single parent, group captive and protected cell clients.

G. Mark Thompson has been appointed president and CEO of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin. Thompson succeeds Thomas A. Brophy who stepped down as president and CEO on Jan. 1.

Innovative Coverage Concepts LLC has announced an expansion of its wholesale operations under the leadership of Steven R. Gross who has been appointed president of the wholesale division. Gross, who was also appointed a member of ICC's executive committee, has more than 35 years of leadership experience in commercial insurance.

Tim Lee has been appointed chairman of wejo, the pioneering connected car data analytics business. Prior to wejo, Lee was the executive vice president, global manufacturing, for General Motors, and Chairman of General Motors China.

Brit Ltd has appointed Rich Hartman senior vice president, construction professional at Brit Global Specialty USA. Most recently, he was at Arch Insurance Group where he led the Design & Environmental division.

Aon Risk Solutions has appointed James S. Harrington national senior property claims officer for the firm's Claims Prep, Advocacy & Valuations practice. He brings more than 25 years of experience as a property insurance coverage attorney, advising insurance companies on property claims arising from industrial and natural catastrophes.

Aon Risk Solutions also appointed Rachel Perry Resident Managing Director of its Atlanta office. Most recently, Perry served as an Account Executive Leader at Aon.

AmWINS Group Inc. has announced that Scott M. Purviance will succeed M. Steven DeCarlo as the company's CEO, effective May 1, 2018. Purviance, currently AmWINS' COO, has been part of the firm's leadership team since June 2001.

Chris Gibbs has been appointed AmTrust at Lloyd's (ATL) next Head of Space. Gibbs joins from Osprey Aerospace Ltd and will look to build upon the existing book of Space business for AmTrust.
