Dave Wingert, executivevice president and COO of Grinnell Mutual, will serve asacting president. Wingert joined Grinnell Mutual in 2011 as CFO,vice president of the finance division, and treasurer.

Nick Rockwell and BonnieBrazzell have both received promotionsat Eastbridge Consulting Group,effective Jan. 1. Rockwell will serve as vice president, andBrazzell will serve as senior vice president.

Ohio Insurance Agents Association hasappointed Craig Niess Business Planningand Valuation Manager. He joins with more than seven years offinancial and operational consulting experience with independentagents through his tenure at Marsh, Berry & Company.

Simon Beale will succeed Charles Phillippsas CEO for MS Amlin, effective April 1, 2018.Beale currently serves as MS Amlin's chief underwritingofficer.
