Navigators has appointed Charles Juarbe head of Latin America and the Caribbean for NavPro, the company's business unit that underwriters financial, professional and casualty product lines in the international markets. He joins Navigators from Everest Re.

Judy Selby has been appointed senior risk advisor for risk management firm Hanover Stone Partners. Selby previously served as a managing director with BDO USA LLP.

International broker and risk management firm Integro Insurance Brokers has appointed Keith Anderson U.K. CFO. He brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in senior roles and most recently had been CFO of United Insurance Brokers.

Former state of Ohio deputy treasurer Seth Matcalf has joined Bold Penguin as CFO. Metcalf previously served as a tax and transactional finance attorney with the international lawfirm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.

JLT Specialty USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc., has appointed Keith Cornish director. Most recently, Cornish served as the regional senior vice president for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and led their construction operations for the Northeast region.

Sabra Purtill has been appointed treasurer for The Hartford, effective September 16. This is an expanded role for Purtill, who will oversee the corporate treasury group, including the company’s relationship with banks and rating agencies, in addition to her current role as head of investor relations.
