Kyle Rhodes has been appointed to the newly created role of global head of business development for TransRe. Rhodes has been with TransRe for 11 years, where he excelled in a number of leadership roles.

Marsh has appointed Michael Westwood president of Marsh Sponsored Programs. He joins from Aon Affinity, where he most recently served as executive vice president, operations.

Amber Kennelly has been appointed Hub International Limited's chief human resources officer. Most recently, she was vice president of compensation and benefits for Allstate Insurance Company.

Guy Carpenter & Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, has appointed Tom Hettinger to lead its capital, structured risk, growth and rating agency advisory capabilities in the United States and Canada. Most recently, Hettinger was responsible for underwriting and developing capital management and predictive modeling solutions at Arch Reinsurance Company.

J. Daniel Hickey has been appointed executive vice president, business strategy and business development for AmTrust Financial Services Inc. He previously served at PartnerRe as executive vice president and head of the standard lines business unit where he had executive leadership, strategic planning and underwriting responsibilities for the unit.

Alex deLaricheliere has joined Marsh to lead its U.S. banking and capital markets practice. deLaricheliere joins Marsh from Goldman Sachs & Co. where he spent the last 10 years serving as a vice president in the corporate insurance management department.

Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker Ed has appointed Roshan Choolhun divisional director of its A&H and Contingency business. Choolhun joins from RKH Specialty where he held the role of divisional director tasked with producing and broking Middle Eastern direct and facultative business.

Robert Childs has been appointed deputy chairman of Lloyd's, effective immediately. Most recently, he was non-executive chairman of Hiscox Ltd.

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has appointed Michael Yaworsky chief of staff, effective July 24. Since 2015, Yaworsky has served as legal counsel for the Georgia Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner.

Siewhiang McCreight has been appointed vice president, chief risk office for the Auto Club Group. She was most recently with USAA and responsible for Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing (DFAST), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Risk Data Reporting.

Pennsylvania and Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Companies (PLM) has named Erin Selfe vice president of information technology. Prior to her role at PLM, Selfe served as vice president and chief information officer for American European Insurance Group, Inc. in Cherry Hill, N.J.
