Aashish “A.C.” Chauhan has joined Marsh’s Chicago office as a senior casualty advisor for global risk management accounts. He joins from Aon, where he spent the last 16 years in senior environmental and casualty brokerage roles.

RYZE Claim Solutions has appointed Bernie Tobin executive vice president of sales & marketing and will be based out of the company's Tampa, Florida office. Tobin has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including claims handling and management, as well as many years building successful business development teams.

Rob Ashton has been appointed specialty reinsurance underwriter for Fidelis Insurance. Prior to joining Fidelis, Ashton served as head of specialty at Hiscox Re Specialty.

Zurich North America has appointed Yosha DeLong vice president of cyber underwriting. DeLong was most recently the London Regional Executive for Ironshore Europe Limited, overseeing all IronPro product lines for U.S. business written through London.

James Kent will succeed John Cavanagh, who will retire at the end of December 2017, as Willis Towers Watson's next global CEO. Kent joined Willis Re in 2004 and has served as the global deputy CEO since December 2016.

Founders Professional has announced Catherine Koclanes will be joining the Founders Professional team in Chicago as a wholesale broker and will assist Founders' retail partners in securing coverage for their management liability and professional liability risk. Ian Turner has been promoted to group chief actuary, effective immediately, for Fidelis Insurance. Turner joined Fidelis as head of capital modeling in 2016.

Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker Ed has appointed Jonathan Tilman chief actuary, which he will start in the final quarter of 2017. Tilman joins from Charles Taylor Managing Agency where he served as chief actuary.
