Robert Mulhern has been promoted toexecutive vice president of sales for VenturePrograms' Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.Over the years, Mulhern has held several positions at Venture,including leading underwriting, sales and marketingefforts.

Marsh has announced the followingappointments within its Aircraft Finance Insurance Consortium(AFIC):

• Robert Morin joins AFIC as transactionand business development leader. He joins Marsh from theExport-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) where he wassenior vice president of business and product development, aposition he held since 2014.
• Gabriel Okolski has been appointed creditand financial analyst. Okolski also joins Marsh from EXIM Bankwhere he was a senior transportation loan officer responsible formore than $3 billion in large commercial aircraft andhelicopter financing for airlines, aircraft leasing companies, andother corporate entities.

Jeff Mucci has been promoted to chiefsales and marketing officer for Property DamageAppraisers (PDA). Prior tohis promotion, Mucci served as the vice president of sales andmarketing at PDA.

Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialtybroker Ed has announced the followingappointments:

• Agustin de Freitas has been appointed CEOof Ed Broking LatAm. He joined Ed in 2014 from Redbridge where heserved as head of business development.
• Mike Hernandez has been appointed to therole of Chairman. He previously served as CEO of Ed brokingLatAm.

Mark L. Joos has been appointed CFO forCopperPoint InsuranceCompanies. Joos has more than 25 years ofindustry experience, most recently serving as the senior vicepresident and CFO for GuideOneInsurance.
