Robert Mulhern has been promoted to executive vice president of sales for Venture Programs' Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Over the years, Mulhern has held several positions at Venture, including leading underwriting, sales and marketing efforts.

Marsh has announced the following appointments within its Aircraft Finance Insurance Consortium (AFIC):

Robert Morin joins AFIC as transaction and business development leader. He joins Marsh from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) where he was senior vice president of business and product development, a position he held since 2014.
Gabriel Okolski has been appointed credit and financial analyst. Okolski also joins Marsh from EXIM Bank where he was a senior transportation loan officer responsible for more than $3 billion in large commercial aircraft and helicopter financing for airlines, aircraft leasing companies, and other corporate entities.

Jeff Mucci has been promoted to chief sales and marketing officer for Property Damage Appraisers (PDA). Prior to his promotion, Mucci served as the vice president of sales and marketing at PDA.

Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker Ed has announced the following appointments:

Agustin de Freitas has been appointed CEO of Ed Broking LatAm. He joined Ed in 2014 from Redbridge where he served as head of business development.
Mike Hernandez has been appointed to the role of Chairman. He previously served as CEO of Ed broking LatAm.

Mark L. Joos has been appointed CFO for CopperPoint Insurance Companies. Joos has more than 25 years of industry experience, most recently serving as the senior vice president and CFO for GuideOne Insurance.

EMPLOYERS has appointed Jeffrey Shaw vice president, application development, data and integration. Most recently, Shaw served as the vice president of technology for NIC Inc.

Kevin Loppnow has been named property and casualty unit manager for Lockton's Milwaukee office. Loppnow previously worked for Lockton in Atlanta and has returned to the company after running Willis Tower Watson's property and casualty operation in Wisconsin for four years.
