Andy Cohen has been appointed COO for Snapsheet. Cohen joins Snapsheet from CNA Insurance where he spent the past five years as vice president of worldwide field operations.

The Main Street America Group has promoted Dan Gaynor to senior vice president, chief underwriting officer. Gaynor has been the super-regional property/casualty insurance company's vice president of commercial lines since 2011 and will now oversee commercial lines and personal lines.

Kyle Domire has been tapped to lead Worldwide Facilities new office in Utah. Domire most recently participated in the Advanced Management Program for Burns & Wilcox and served as a senior broker in their Salt Lake City office.

Anthony Andersen has been appointed senior vice president, professional liability claims manager for Berkley Alliance Managers, a Berkley Company. Andersen joins Berkley Alliance Managers with more than 25 years of management and Architects and Engineers (A&E) claims handling experience with leading insurance carriers.

iJET International Inc. has appointed Benjamin Allen CEO and Board member. Allen most recently served as president over the last four years for Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, a division of Marsh Inc.

Alice Underwood has been appointed as the global head of Willis Tower Watson's Risk Consulting and Software (RCS) business. Based in New York, Underwood joins the RCS team from Willis Re, Willis Towers Watson’s reinsurance business, where she led the North America analytics team and was a member of the Willis Re global leadership team.

Worldwide Facilities has announced Shavarra Davis will be joining its Atlanta office as a broker specializing in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Worldwide Facilities, Davis worked as a production underwriter at Ultra Risk Advisors.

Gina Gruhn has been appointed senior vice president of sales and marketing for Coface North America, part of the global Coface Group. As an executive in the healthcare industry, Gruhn was responsible for strategic relations and business development for a Fortunate 500 pharmacy services firm.

JLT Specialty USA has appointed Mark Purdy senior vice president. Most recently, Purdy comes to JLT from Aon where he spent 14 years consulting as an assistant director and consulting lead in Houston.
