Carolyn Smith joined Willis North America as managing partner of Willis' Arizona operations. Ms. Smith's responsibilities include oversight of the company's Arizona and Nevada operations and business development, with a focus on strategic planning, client service and retention, recruiting and staff development.
USG Insurance Services Inc. and MGA announced the expansion of their Staten Island, N.Y. operations with the addition of Eric Finkelstein, who joins the team as a producer/broker.
