The enhancements and new functionality added to BillingCore inthis new release allows insurers to maximize opportunities forcustomer satisfaction and retention through their billing processwhile controlling premium billing and collections costs. Thecore focus of the BillingCore release is twofold: firstly, toimprove the system user experience, resulting in a faster and moresatisfying response to customer needs; and secondly, to expose moredetailed billing data to improve both risk analysis and process andperformer analysis.
