WASHINGTON–Legislation has been introduced in the Senate that would increase home weatherization assistance for low-income homeowners as a means of catastrophic loss abatement.
The bill, introduced by Sen. George LeMieux, R-Fla., would amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act.
