AIR Worldwide, Xactware, and ISO have recently teamed up to announce 360Value, a new property-valuation tool for insurers that combines features of Xactware's XactValue and AIR's ISO HomeValue.

The fusion of these products aims to provide insurers with true component-based replacement-cost estimates and a number of associated underwriting programs for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

According to Xactware, insurers are already relying on the technology that underlies 360Value to conduct approximately one third of all property replacement-cost estimates in the United States.
