Bermuda-based XL Capital Ltd announced today that on May 24 it intends to hold an Investor Day in New York City with the theme “The Drive to Deliver Value.”

Analysts and investors attending the event will have the opportunity to ask questions of XL President and Chief Executive Officer Brian M. O'Hara and other key executives, the company said. In addition, presentations will be given on XL's strategy and operations.

The event's audio Webcast, including question and answer sessions, and presentation materials will be available online live and be archived on XL's website at www.xlcapital.com until June 24, XL said.
