Willis Chairman Joe Plumeri will deliver the keynote address at the 17th biennial Marine Insurance Issues Seminar sponsored by the American Institute of Marine Underwriters next month.
Insuring unique hull and machinery risks, the state of the logistics industry and its impact on the marine insurance industry, and hurricane recovery and salvage are among the topics to be discussed at the event that will take place on May 10 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
Other presentations will address: vessel casualty investigation and its role in improving safety; contract language; and recreational marine safety compliance and liability issues. Attendees will be eligible for continuing education credits.
