Cooper Gay (Holdings) Ltd., the London brokerage group, announced it has taken a shareholding in Reinsurance.com.ar, a reinsurance broker based in Miami and Buenos Aires.
The firm said that Guillermo Pastore, a market practitioner with more than 20 years insurance and reinsurance experience, is chief executive officer of the operation.
It added that Mr. Pastore, who founded Reinsurance.com.ar last year, was previously chief operating officer of EW Blanch Argentina and Benfield Greig Argentina.
