SAFER Systems, a chemical emergency management firm, said it has moved its base northwest of Los Angeles to a new headquarters in Camarillo, Calif., with double the space of its old location.
The firm said its business growth required more room. The location at 5284 Adolfo Road houses SAFER Systems' management and administrative offices as well as its marketing, research and development, and engineering operations groups.
SAFER Systems said the new headquarters includes a high-tech conference facility that it will use for training, lectures and meetings, and an expanded test lab and demonstration facility equipped with the latest versions of the company's chemical emergency management solutions.
In the lab, SAFER Real-Time, SAFER Homeland/HazMat Responder and SAFER TRACE, as well as other technology solutions under development, will be evaluated and refined, enabling SAFER Systems' software engineers and customers to see and work with the company's scalable, leading-edge, chemical emergency management solutions, the company said.
"SAFER Systems' mission is to provide comprehensive solutions that allow chemical emergency management professionals to take every precaution in minimizing the risk of exposure to an accidental or intentional toxic chemical release," said Ernest Gilbert, president.
