AssuranceAmerica sponsored the 12th annual Heart + Home Gala, hosted by Intown Cares on May 2 at the Atlanta History Center. As a longtime advocate for housing and hunger relief, AssuranceAmerica contributed $50,000 —marking the largest single corporate sponsorship in the gala’s history. The sold-out event raised record-breaking funds in support of Intown Cares’ mission to end homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta, with fundraising totals up 14% from last year and an incredible 120% increase from 2023.
On Saturday, May 17, a mother received a life-changing gift — the donation of a refurbished vehicle to enable her to get to work and see to the needs of her daughter. The donation was made possible by the NABC Recycled Rides® program, car donor GEICO and repair partner Gerber Collision & Glass.
