With many workers back in their physical offices after operating remotely during the pandemic, workplace misconduct is on the rise, and employers may be underestimating its impact on both their employees' wellbeing and their bottom line. According to the State of Misconduct at Work in 2023 report from Fama Technologies, toxic work culture has cost companies $223 billion from turnover in just the last five years.
