according to the market research firm Oberlo, and that number has been growing annually for years. The Zebra had the demand for digital customer services in mind recently when it surveyed consumers to find out which auto insurance companies have the highest online and digital satisfaction ratings. The site's survey results are based on responses from more than 4,100 current U.S. residents. The Zebra collaborated with the independent research firm Maru/Blue to determine the survey results.
