Understanding how to successfully investigate insurance claims involving cannabis-touching businesses is the focus of the next installment in the Cannabis Insurance Coverage Specialist (CICS) designation launched last year by The National Underwriter Company, an ALM business. It is the third module following the introduction of the Cannabis 101 course and Managing the Risks of Cannabis-touching Entities.

Understanding and Handling Insurance Claims provides adjusters, brokers, agents and other professionals involved with cannabis-related businesses critical insights to help them understand what may or may not be covered in the event of an insured loss.
