What does it take to be a top executive in the P&C insurance world? Some of the industry leaders interviewed recently as part of PropertyCasualty360's ongoing Executive Insights series speak to the need to boost up the people around them. Others talk about the power to rally staff around a common vision and mission. Having happy, satisfied employees certainly goes a long way toward creating a successful business leader. To that end, four P&C insurance executives made Glassdoor's list of 2021's Top CEOs, a ranking that's part of Glassdoor's annual Employee's Choice Award. "Over the past year, company leaders around the world faced unprecedented challenges to support employees during the COVID-19 crisis," Glassdoor CEO Christian Sutherland-Wong said in a press release. "Now, the employees have spoken, and it's clear that these CEOs excelled and found new ways to support their people when the world of work flipped upside down." The four CEOs from the P&C insurance industry that made the cut are highlighted in the slideshow above. In total, 150 executives are included in Glassdoor's list of 2021's Top CEOs.
