(Bloomberg) — Tropical Storm Eta made landfall on Florida’s west coast Thursday (Nov. 12), bringing heavy rain and gusty winds to northern parts of the peninsula.

Eta came ashore near Cedar Key at 4 a.m. ET, with maximum sustained winds of 50 miles (85 km) an hour, the National Hurricane Center said in an advisory. Localized flash and urban flooding are possible over a wide area.
