PMA Companies named Katti Smith vice president - Southwest region, where she will be responsible for the development and expansion of PMA Companies' footprint in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico and manage distribution partner relationships. She joined PMA Companies' Irving, Texas operations in 2019. Ed Rochfort has joined IMS, a subsidiary of Trak Global Group, as chief product officer. He is the co-founder of usage-based insurance business Carrot Insurance. The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Of America member Quincy L. Branch has been officially reappointed to the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance. Branch is the president and CEO of Branch Benefits Consultants in Las Vegas. CNA appointed Daniel Franzetti executive vice president of worldwide claim, effective April 6, 2020.
