Aon announced its plan to bring the benefits of its Aon Unitedgrowth strategy closer to clients around the world.

It will accelerate and expand its Delivering Aon United programto set a common standard for client leadership and create clientservice hubs, powered by its Aon Business Services platform, thatwill support back and middle-office services across the firm. Tosupport more effective Aon United operations, the firm will alsoestablish a common model for its shared services, includingmarketing & communications, human resources, legal andfinance.

The Delivering Aon United program leverages best practices fromaround the world to create a common client leadership strategy thatwill further increase collaboration across solution lines, improvesales effectiveness, strengthen segmentation strategy and make iteasier for colleagues to deliver maximum value to clients.

In other news, Aon announced that two leaders have chosen topursue new opportunities. John Zern, CEO of health solutions andNorth America, commercial risk, and Cary Grace, CEO of retirementsolutions and head of M&A integration, are leaving thefirm.

Aon co-presidents Michael O'Connor and Eric Andersen will absorbtheir responsibilities, with O'Connor overseeing health solutionsand Andersen taking on responsibility for retirement solutions.
