Specialized risk advisory and insurance brokerage firm RiskCooperative announced that Dante Disparte, the firm's founder andCEO since 2014, will transition immediately to serve as the head ofpolicy and communication for the newly formed Libra Association,Facebook Inc.'s recently announced venture intocryptocurrency.
Andres Franzetti, one of the company's co-founders, who hasserved as president and chief operating officer since January 2019,will assume the role of CEO. Additionally, RiskCooperative has appointed Jenny Decker as director of marketing, arole through which she will continue to evolve the company's brand,communication strategy and thought leadership.
