AirbusAerial and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions announceda collaboration on a service that aims to help companiesefficiently identify flood risks and more accurately predictweather-related flood damage. Under the collaboration, Swiss ReCorporate Solutions' flood assessment tool, FLOAT, will be poweredby Airbus Aerial's drone imagery and data. FLOAT helpscompanies assess the flood risks of plants and otherfacilities.

The HilbGroup has acquired New England-based 360 Corporate BenefitAdvisors (360CBA). The transaction became effective on May 1, 2019.360CBA is an employee benefits consulting firm providing insurancebrokerage, administration and advisory services to businessesprimarily in the Northeast. All of 360CBA's employees, includingAgency Leaders Paul Lambert, Sean Carney, Jason Jaworoski and SteveNadeau, are joining THG and will continue to operate under theirexisting name.

Arthur J. Gallagher& Co. (AJG) announced the acquisition ofZionsville, Indiana-based Cairnstone Financial, LLC. Founded in2010, Cairnstone Financial, LLC is a benefits consultant offeringgroup health, life, wellness, retirement, disability and dentalcoverages and services to middle-market clients across theMidwestern United States. Terms of the transaction were notdisclosed.

AJG also acquired Parsippany, N.J.-based RPA InsuranceServices, LLC and Innovative Coverage Concepts, LLC. Terms of thetransactions were not disclosed. RPA Insurance Services isan industry leader in providing insurance and risk managementservices to the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. They havedeveloped proprietary loss prevention and claim managementtechniques to help their diverse client base control Total Cost ofRisk and outperform industry loss averages.

All Risks,Ltd., an independent wholesale insurance broker, hasexpanded its QuickHome online quoting platform to include aresidential flood product. All residential flood markets arenon-admitted and A.M. Best "A-" or better rated carriers. Thisproduct is available in 31 states with a variety of coverageoptions for homeowners.

Agent Link, a marketing consulting firm based inClearwater, Florida, is launching Top ProducerSummit, a national conference for independent insurance agentsand financial services professionals. The event is scheduled totake place on June 4, 2019 and the entire "virtual conference" willbe delivered online.

By working withAppulate, Mackinaw Underwriters, Inc. will offer an automated wayfor agents to submit and quote liquor liability risks.
