Arthur J.Gallagher & Co. has signed an agreementto acquire the global aerospace operations of Jardine LloydThompson Group plc (JLT). The acquisition, subject toEuropean Commission approval, is scheduled to close this spring inconnection with the closing of the JLT purchase by Marsh &McLennan Companies Inc.
Shift Technology has entered into anagreement with CNAFinancial Corporation to automate thecarrier's fraud detection capabilities. CNA is the first commercialinsurer based in the U.S. to partner with Shift Technology to takeadvantage of FORCE, the company's AI-native, SaaS-based frauddetection solution.
