Risk management services firm Hanover Stone Partners has appointed Steven Sachs as the firm's national real estate practice leader. Most recently, he was with Willis Towers Watson for 10 years as executive vice president and director of the real estate, hotel and gaming practice in North America.

Brian Hemesath will become alumni advocate and entrepreneur-in-residence, working in a support role for the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA). Effective immediately, the GIA is initiating a search from an individual to become the GIA's next managing director as Hemesath transitions into his new role.
