HSB recently announced that it joined the LoRa Alliance supporting a global technology standard for IoT. As a member of the LoRa alliance, HSB will drive adoption of IoT applications and collaborate with other companies that are leading the IoT revolution. HSB offers LoRaWAN powered sensors that boost an extended range enabling them to connect throughout dispersed equipment/facilities, communicate through buildings and enable cost-effective solutions for facilities.
Assurant, the global provider of risk management solutions, recently announced it has made a strategic investment in Mojio, a technology platform and SaaS provider for connected cars, to explore digital protection and support solutions for vehicle owners and automotive partners.
