Both require the right mentality, clear-cut goals, regular and consistent training, and the ability to do both the big and little things consistently well. Golf may be just a game, but many serious players are willing to invest the time and energy it takes to excel at it. That mindset and commitment to excellence are also must-haves for employers who genuinely care about safety at work.
