HUB International of California, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hub International Limited, has appointed Jason Del Grande Vice President, Employee Benefits. He began his insurance career with internships at Gallagher & Marsh while attending University of Southern California and was most recently recognized as a top performer at EPIC Insurance Brokers in San Francisco.

Jacqueline Legrand has been appointed CEO of Brokerslink. Legrand is COO and board member of MDS Group where she oversees business development and operations in Portugal and Brazil.

Ed, the global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker, has appointed Marcus Taylor Head of Reinsurance, Asia Pacific. Taylor joins from IAG where he held the position of senior manager reinsurance, international.

Christopher Ballantyne has joined the Brit Ltd claims team in the newly created role of vice president of delegated claim authority. Most recently, he served as vice president for Liability and Property Claims at Crum & Forster.

International specialist insurer Hiscox has appointed David McLaughlin CFO in the U.S. He joins Hiscox from Fiserv where he most recently covered their digital banking, financial institutions, and enterprise technology groups.

Erica Davis has been appointed senior vice president and will lead the Cyber and E&O Practice for JLT Re in North America. Davis joins from Zurich where she was senior vice president and head of specialty E&O.

Integro Insurance Brokers has appointed Jacquelyn Neal a principal in the Marine practice. Most recently, she served as senior account manager at Woodruff Sawyer & Co.

Steven J. Bensinger has been appointed to Baldwin & Lyons Inc.'s board of directors, effective immediately. Bensinger is currently a partner & senior advisor at TigerRisk Partners LLC.

XL Group Ltd has appointed Billie Ida Williamson to the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Williamson currently serves on the boards of CSRA Inc. and Pentair plc.

Sharon Headlee has been appointed southeast director of operations and director of premier client services for CBIZ Insurance Services Inc. Headlee's previous employment includes serving as director of operations for Celedinas Insurance Group, a Marsh McLennan Agency subsidiary.

Tri-state professional trade organization Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) has appointed Megan Fioretta brand manager. Before IA&B, she spent 11 years as retail marketing manager and senior graphic designer for Goodwill Keystone Area.
