Chubb Group has promoted Matt Merna to chief operating officer, North America major accounts.
In this newly-expanded role, Merna will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations for the major accounts division, and will also be responsible for exploring ways to further expand the company's range of core and specialty products, services and coordinated account management to the large account market.
Continue as VP of Global Casualty
Merna joined Chubb in 2010 and has been serving as senior executive vice president of Chubb Global Casualty. He will continue responsibility for that role and to work out of New York City.
