Willis Towers Watson also promoted Mike Liss to head of its Corporate Risk and Broking business in North America, effective immediately. He most recently served as the company's Midwest leader.

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, based in Boston, Massachusetts, has named Gord Rider senior marine underwriter of its new Inland and Ocean Marine Insurance in Canada and will be based out of the Toronto office. He joins from Chubb Insurance Company of Canada where he served as senior marine underwriter.

New York City-based insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers announced the following appointments to its financial institutions group in London:

Chicago-based commercial and specialty insurer CNA has appointed Andrew Lea vice president, commercial underwriting for errors & omissions, cyber and media, commercial. He joins from AIG where he served as senior vice president.

Quincy, Massachusetts-based Arbella Insurance Group has promoted Allen Chaves to the newly created position of director of data governance and research analytics. He will continue his research analytics role.

Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc., a New York City-based financial services company, has appointed Tina Bukow senior director of business development for the insurance ratings initiative. She joins from A.M. Best where she served as assistant vice president, business development.
