West Trenton, New Jersey-based insurer NJM Insurance Group said it has appointed Alastair Shore senior vice president and chief financial officer. He joins from CUNA Mutual Group where he served as chief financial officer.

Denver-based specialty insurance advisor JLT Specialty USA said it has appointed Paul Cohen senior vice president. He joins from Willis Towers Watson where he served as senior vice president.

Little Rock, Arkansas-based financial consultant Stephens Insurance, LLC said it has appointed John Braniff executive vice president of property & casualty and Jonathan Plumhoff executive vice president of the benefits group. Braniff and Plumhoff join from USI where they served as senior vice president and vice president, respectively.

Raymond joins from Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. where he served as executive vice president and chief information officer, and Eberly joins from Voya Financial where he served as senior vice president and head of insurance solutions IT.

McLean, Virginia-based insurance broker and risk management consulting company Ames & Gough said it has appointed Brian Lynch senior broker. He joins from Boston Insurance Brokerage where he served as vice president, high net worth personal lines.

Washington, D.C.-based American Insurance Association said it has appointed Jeremy Merz vice president of state affairs, western region, effective Jan. 9, 2017. He joins from the California Chamber of Commerce where he served as a policy advocate.
