New York City-based Generali Global Corporate & Commercial U.S.A., a subisidiary of Trieste, Italy-based property and casualty insurer Generali Group, said it has appointed Greg Mason vice president of construction. He joins from Allianz, where he served as executive underwriter.

London-based underwriter Pioneer Underwriters said it has appointed Mary M. Wiseley head of the new specialty contractors’ and crane operators’ liability underwriting capability of its U.S.-based Pioneer Special Risk operation. She most recently was a self-employed underwriting consultant.

Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International Ltd. said that it has appointed Jamie Campbell Younger senior vice president of Hub California. She will be based out of the Newport Beach, California, office.

Schaumburg, Illinois-based insurer Zurich North America said it has promoted Paul Horgan to CEO of its newly combined commercial markets and global corporate businesses in North America, effective Jan. 1. He previously served as CEO of global corporate.

Brentwood, Tennessee-based insurance services company Brentwood Services Administrators said it has appointed Kelley Callahan-Frye litigation specialist for general liability. She joins from Nashville-based Permanent General, where she served as litigation/extended handler.

Dublin-based insurance and reinsurance giant XL Catlin said it has promoted Barbara Luck to president of global excess casualty from chief underwriting officer of global risk management. She joined the company in 2012.

Pittsford, New York-based insurance analytics solution provider Sutherland Global Services has appointed Andy Zimmerman president of Sutherland Digital. He joins from Frog, where he served as president.

Zurich-based property and casualty insurer Chubb Ltd. said it has promoted Steven Reiss to executive vice president of real estate and hospitality industry practice leader from chief operating officer, Continental Europe. He joined the company in 2005.

Gurgaon, India-based insurance consulting firm Xceedance said it has appointed Rajesh Iyer senior vice president and head of data sciences. He joins from XCL, where he served as vice president of decision analytics.

The Alexandria, Virginia-based Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America said it has appointed Christopher J. Boggs director of its Virtual University. He joins from Wells Media, where he served as vice president of education.

Walnut Creek, Calif.-based CSAA Insurance Group said it has appointed Debbie Brackeen chief strategy and innovation officer. She joins from eBay, where she served as director of platform solutions.
