New York City-based homeowners and rental insurance company Lemonade said it has appointed John Peters chief underwriting officer. He joins from Liberty Mutual, where he served as executive vice president, commercial insurance operations.

Bermuda-based specialty insurer and reinsurer Argo Group International Holdings said its U.S. professional lines business Argo Pro has appointed Richard Edsall vice president, commercial management liability. He joins from Chubb Insurance, where he was senior vice president.

London-based Willis Re said it has appointed Ronnie Carroll head of structured solutions for Europe West and senior U.K. client advisor. Carroll joins from Hannover Re, where he was a senior underwriter.

Garden City, New York-based law firm Cullen and Dykman LLP said it has appointed John Sparling, Chris Ruggiero and Scott Shapiro partners in its construction litigation group. Sparling, Ruggiero and Shapiro join from London Fischer LLP.

London-based insurer Neon said it has promoted Angus Wilson head of marine. Wilson will continue to serve as class underwriter for marine hull and war.

Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International Ltd said it has promoted Tina Osen president of HUB Canada and Chad Robertson executive vice president of international business and growth initiatives. Osen previously served as president of Hub TOS in British Columbia, and Robertson was regional president of Hub's Canada West division.

New York City-based Marsh said it has appointed David Hewett U.S. contract surety leader. Hewett joins from XL Catlin, where he served as president of surety.

Stamford, Connecticut-based Navigators said it appointed Cindy Hunter senior vice president in the claims department and Dan Westcott chief operating officer of Navigators Re. Hunter joins from AIG, where she was global head of environmental claims. Westcott joins from Willis Re, where he was executive vice president and head of its U.S. casualty segment.

Brentwood, Tennessee-based insurance technology company Brentwood Services Administrators said it has appointed Zachary Vedros programmer analyst. Vedros joins from Horne, where he was senior technology associate.

Northumberland, Pennsylvania-based broker Keystone Insurers Group said it has promoted Melanie Rachau to director of sales, property and casualty, from operations manager.
