Doug Wiles, the president of Herbie Wiles Insurance in St. Augustine, Florida, says he’s working more claims in a couple of days than he does in a typical year, according to the St. Augustine Record.

“The event that we had in St. Augustine clearly is unprecedented,” Wiles said.

Immediately after Hurricane Matthew hit the area, Wiles said his customers filed 600 claims. “I wouldn’t be surprised if we did another 300 or 400 today,” said Wiles on Monday.
