Brentwood, Tennessee-based insurance risk services company Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. said it has promoted Collette Mangold to chief financial officer from controller. She joined the company in 2008.

Aon Risk Solutions, the risk management business of London-based Aon plc, said it has appointed Laurie Bolach vice president of business development in its Detroit office. She joins from Aetna, where he was vice president of national sales for Aetna Signature Administrators.

Jacksonville, Florida-based property and casualty insurance retailer Brightway Insurance said Jessica Erwin and Daniella Pownall are the co-owners of its new office in Sanford, Florida.

Kansas City, Missouri-based independent insurance broker Lockton Cos. said it has named Andrew McClave producer in Lockton’s new Portland, Oregon, office. He joined the company in 2015.

Zurich-based property and casualty insurer Chubb Ltd. said it has appointed Tom Harris executive vice president of global services for Chubb North America from client executive. He joined the company in 2010.
