Los Angeles-based wholesale broker and managing general agent Worldwide Facilities said it has named Matthew Begnaud senior vice president and broker in the company’s Houston office. He joins from Global Special Risks, where he was vice president.

Chicago-based insurance software company Origami Risk said it has appointed Eric Espeseth chief information officer. He joins from EMC, where he was senior account manager.

Hartford, Connecticut-based insurance software company Insurity Inc., said it has promoted Bruce F. Broussard Jr. to senior vice president and general manager of its newly created data solutions unit. He joined the company in 2012.
