Chicago-based insurance software company OrigamiRisk said it has appointed EricEspeseth chief information officer. He joins from EMC,where he was senior account manager.

Hartford, Connecticut-based insurance softwarecompany Insurity Inc., said it has promotedBruce F. Broussard Jr. to senior vice presidentand general manager of its newly created data solutions unit. Hejoined the company in 2012.

Cranford, New Jersey-based insurance broker Meeker Sharkey& Hurley said it has appointed AnthonyDeGraw account executive for commercial insurance,Michele Miranda as personal insurance advisor, andAndy Dars senior sales executive for employeebenefits. DeGraw joins from PL Risk Advisors Inc., where he was aprofessional liability broker. Miranda joins from Arthur J.Gallagher & Co., where she was a personal insurance advisor.Dars joins from previously owning his own employee benefitsagency.

All three are working out of Meeker's new office in WallTownship, New Jersey.
