Israel-based insurance software company Sapiens InternationalCorp. said it will acquire Bradenton, Fla.-basedinsurance software company Maximum ProcessingInc. The transaction is expected to close by theend of June 2016.

The company said the acquisitionis being made in connection with the formation of Duck CreekTechnologies, a joint venture between Accenture and Apax Partnersthat will operate as an independent company focused on drivinginnovation in insurance software.
